Brunch in Boston

This was such a cute spot for brunch. Some friends and I were staying at a friends house in South Boston and he highly recommended this spot. He has been before and said they have an amazing brunch and a bomb Coconut Margarita, which I didn't end up getting but a few others did!

The vibe is very rustic and artsy, although its not really MY style, I still loved it.

Almost all dishes are Mexican inspired, so if you love tacos and guac this is your kinda place.

Chilequiles, house chips, poblano crema, pork carnitas, queso fresco, sunny-side eggs. We were told this is one of the best selling dishes on the menu! A must try!

Huevos Benedictos, Portuguese sweet bread, tasso ham, poached eggs, hollandaise, chorizo, pico de gallo + there super spicy but tasty bloody mary.

Bostonia Public House

The first thing I saw when I walked in was a bloody mary bar which is always a good sign of a top notch brunch place. As tempting as the bloody mary bar was, I needed a mimosa. Instead Courtney and I got the Bucket of Bubbles with carafes of orange + grapefruit juices. Totally worth the $40 that we split because I was pretty tipsy afterwards lol.

Onto to the food...let me just start by saying I have NEVER had a better breakfast in my entire life. I wish I could go back because their menu had so many things that I wanted to get. See full menu here.

My meal: Short Rib Biscuit + Gravy, red wine braised beef short rib, 2 poached cage free eggs, house made cheddar cheese biscuit, roasted red pepper jam, lyonnaise potatoes. A M A Z I N G. 100% recommend getting this!

If I ever go back I really want to try the Bailey's Cinnamon French Toast, HOW good does that sound?!

JT's meal: The Scrambler Breakfast Sandwich, cage free eggs, melted cheddar cheese, and your choice of bacon, north country maple sausage or north country ham served with Bostonia baked beans or lyonnaise potatoes. He ended up getting this because they were out of the Bailey's Cinnamon French Toast. but he said is was really good.
